Neuf Cegetel is renewing its partnership on optic fibre with the FNAIM Paris Ile-de-France Chamber, and presenting chamber members with a new Very High Speed Broadband Quality Charter.

• Neuf Cegetel and the FNAIM Paris Ile-de-France Chamber announce renewed partnership on promoting optic fibre connection for buildings among property managers and managing agents, members of FNAIM Paris Ile-de-France.
• Neuf Cegetel is using this as an opportunity to communicate to property managers and managing bodies on its quality commitments for Very High Speed Broadband, as set out in its new charter.

Renewed partnership with FNAIM Paris Ile-de-France fits in with Neuf Cegetel’s broader programme of initiatives addressing real-estate professionals. It concerns Paris and the greater Paris region, and enables Neuf Cegetel to push ahead with its schedule of optic fibre connection for buildings, under its wide-reaching FTTx strategy.
With support from the FNAIM Chamber, Neuf Cegetel will be providing information to property managers and managing agents under a fast-changing regulatory context.
Presentation of Very High Speed Broadband Quality Charter
With the Very High Speed Broadband Quality Charter, Neuf Cegetel restates its determination to offer full building operator capabilities to managers, enabling them to confidently promote optic fibre connection by Neuf Cegetel to their clients, the building owners or joint-owners.
The charter addresses the main concerns experienced by building managers and sets out Neuf Cegetel commitments at the various stages involved, from initial go-ahead through to network operation. For example, it explains Neuf Cegetel’s undertakings on informing the building manager and obtaining formal approval before starting any work on the building, and its guarantee on mutualization and interoperability of its vertical network.
Neuf Cegetel also provides a one-stop hotline for managing agents, property managers and lessors, to offer the closest possible link for building managers connected to its Very High Speed Broadband network.
