Neuf support services charged at local rate from June 30
Paris, 5 June 2008. From 30 June, customer’s calls to Neuf’s telephone support services will be charged at the cost of a local call (1.4 euro cents per minute off-peak and 2.8 euro cents per minute at peak times compared with 34 euro cents per minute at present). Current support services numbers will be replaced with short numbers as a further way of making things easier for customers. Neuf will continue to offer free waiting time, as it has done for more than a year, for calls from a Neuf Box fixed line.
With the adoption of this new pricing system, Neuf will significantly improve the attractiveness and competitiveness of its ADSL services, offering both a full triple-play service (internet, telephone, television + music) for less than €30 per month and local call rates for its technical and commercial support services.
Details and conditions available on www.neuf.fr from June 30.
