Residential

On the residential market, the convergence between all types of equipment – fixed and mobile – and all contents - messaging, emails, television, web, etc. - is gradually becoming a reality and giving rise to a whole new world of communications.

Neuf Cegetel’s service offering is based on  on two unique products, "MaxiDSL", an Internet Access offering, and "100% Neuf Box", with telephony over IP, broadband access at speeds of up to 20 Mbit/s, its Neuf TV HD 200-channel broadband TV over IP offering including Video on Demand, the telephone subscription and unlimited legal music downloads. Both offers are available for all broadband-compatible lines, in bundled and unbundled areas. With the launch of Neuf Mobile In April and the TWIN™ WiFi-GSM hybrid phone in May 2006, the group became one of the first companies to play a leading role in the fixed/mobile convergence.

In september 2006, Neuf Cegetel launched Easy Neuf, the first service combining broadband internet access and the main features of a PC thanks to a “digibox” : Easy Box.

In April 2007, Neuf Cegetel launched it's 100% Neuf Box with optical fiber service in Paris et and Pau. This offer provides bandwidth of up to 50 Mbps.

 

Business

On the business market, the group has, since 2005, been developing the highly innovative and cost-effective 9office multiservice solution meeting the needs of all its business customers, covering fixed and mobile telephony, broadband Internet and a wide range of functionalities. The services take full advantage of all the available technologies (unbundled services, VoIP, DSL, multiservice boxes, etc.), and in February 2006, the Group further enhanced its range by introducing its 9pass service, a solution designed specifically to meet the requirements of SOHOs, developed with Intel and Microsoft.

 

Wholesale

On the wholesale market, the group offers a wide range of services specifically designed for third-party operators and ISPs: optical fibre networks, DSL access lines, transport and collection of voice and data traffic and call termination, as well as IP and Ethernet services, bandwidth capacity and hosting.
