Network quality and reliability
Neuf Cegetel controls the largest alternative network in France. With 45 000 Km of broadband fiber optic cables, this latest generation "full IP" network also has the best reach, with 70% of the targeted population covered with ADSL.
The entire network is supervised from two sites, namely Bron in the Lyon area and Boulogne in the Paris region, which helps to maintain a high level of security in the operation of the network.
Both centres aim to supervise network activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They guarantee the quality and availability of the services provided to all the Group’s customers. They supervise all the technologies used, manage access to hosting sites and have all of the requisite tools for detecting incidents and managing their resolution.
